March 8th - Planted more Asparagus.
March 7th -
Planted my cold crops today. It was great to get out there and finally get some things done.
March 4th -
Used Urine fertilizers on all of my plants for their weekly watering today. Hope that gives them a good boots of growing energy and doesn't kill them off.
---------------
It froze last night and tomorrow it's suppose to get to 26 at night. It will be awhile yet before I plant anything outdoors. Transplanted over 40+ seedlings today. Nursery is sure getting full.
February
Last day of February 2015 -
Planted some Peppers and Beans inside. Took my first set of Cold weather crops outside for their first day of hardening off process. They are enjoying the beautiful sunny weather today. Watered some plants I didn't get a chance to yesterday.
---------------
February 27th - spent a few hours transplanting the baby seedlings into their bigger containers. Plus, bottom watered all of them.
February 25th - the babies needed watered. Boy they are heavy drinkers. These were all the flowers I just planted on the 21st. So it's technically their first watering after planting. I bottom water. I also have several that have sprouted already. With the three grow stations that room stays about 70 degrees. Germination rate is faster I believe because of the higher temperature. However, I do ventilate during the night. I find that it cuts down on the mold issue if I have some air movement in there.
I also transplanted the Peas into larger containers.
---------------------
February 21st - watered all plants and rearranged plants. Some I had to throw away they didn't sprout. <sad>
